Lovely long warm swimming pools

It was a spacious comfortable unit with kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities and balcony overlooking the pools. It was a much larger resort than we are used to but often seemed empty in the daytime as people went out a lot.. The kitchen was sparsely equipped compared to our home timeshares and the unit was also not as clean as our usual Timeshare. However the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly

The long warm swimming pools where you could really do lengths since sea swimming was limited.

Lovely pools

We had a misunderstanding about when we could book in and I felt the reception staff on this occasion were quite condescending. The pools were lovely but we must of had the worst positioned unit in the complex. We looked out over the roof of reception. Wi go was non existent in the rooms. You had to go to the lobby. Not much privacy between the units as there wasn't a solid divide on the balcony. Unit was well equipped and had the best shower ever. Some reception staff need a revision of good manners. I asked about the markets only to be told"I've only lived here a couple of months. I don't know. Went next door to the Remada and they were only too willing to look up the info for me-has a lovely restaurant too
