Situated 200 metres above the fun-loving township of Airlie Beach, the Toscana Village’s Tuscan-style apartments offer unsurpassed views over the turquoise water to Hayman Island and beyond. Fully self-contained and elegantly appointed, they include all the comforts of home and are wonderfully close to restaurants, cafes and the beach.
Anticipate a spacious, light and airy ambience that will have you instantly feeling comfortable. Relax in split-cycle air-conditioning, enhanced by ceiling fans in the lounge and dining area. Every apartment has its own private balcony with an outdoor setting for entertaining or for savouring that quiet sundowner.

Pretty garden pathways lead from the apartments to the pool area that features four pools, including a bubbling toddlers’ wading pool, cascading waterfall and small plunge pool, as well as a congenial BBQ area where friends and family can come together over a delightfully casual lunch. For total rejuvenation and relaxation, book a specialist masseuse to soothe away those work blues.
When you come down from the aerie of Toscana, the pretty palm-fringed beach will delight. As will the many cosmopolitan cafes and eateries. The 74 sundrenched Whitsunday islands have become one of the world’s most desirable holiday playgrounds. And Toscana Village is the perfect gateway.

Good value and location

My wife and i had a great time in Airlie Beach...we have been previously and love the town. Toscana is situated about 200 meters from the town centre which has a Woolworths and a BWS attached and you couldnt be any nearer to them. We flew up from Brisbane so didnt have a car and really you dont need one. However, the climb up the hill from the town to the resort is VERY steep and something you dont look forward to! Of course you dont get great views unless your on the hill so its a trade off. The resort is good value because we booked through DAE and at $750 you cant beat it. Negatives, the steep hill, apartments showing signs of needing updating (but still OK), the four swimming pools are not heated and dont get a great deal of sun so can be a bit too refreshing, no gym on site (not a worry for most but I enjoy a work out). If you do bring a car...the garages are tight, we hired a Jeep one day and couldnt get in ours. There are easier 'visitor' parking spaces which we used instead. Good stuff, we had a decent view (there were better ones but we were ok with ours), we had two bedrooms and bathrooms ( we only booked for one), the aircon works great. There is a bar/restaurant half way up that steep hill home called the Anchor bar. Highly recommend you use it, the locals hang out and it has great food and the best view of the bay from any bar/restaurant in Airlie. Exceptionally nice staff and nice music, live at the weekend. Its mainly the over 40s crowd that suited us. You can get a good feed and drink in Airlie for $15, we had great chicken parmie at the down under bar at the end of the main street. Lots to do in Airlie, mainly water based, great and interesting marina too. Sunset tour on a sailing ship was superb. Ocean rafting a must do....and plenty of other stuff that wont break the bank. It rained on our last two days and to be honest, there is nothing to do in Airlie in the wet....most tours get cancelled if the weather is wet so be prepared to be flexible.
