The beautifully appointed, fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments with kitchen and laundry, are complemented by the on-site facilities including a cool swimming pool for splashing around, a comfortable barbecue and entertaining area and cabana.

You’ll find Lakeside Holiday Apartments less than one hour's drive south from Perth City on Kwinana Freeway/ Forrest Highway, and fifteen minutes from Mandurah with its award-winning marina and abundance of restaurants, shops and boutiques. The resort is only minutes to Pinjarra Golf Club, Pinjarra Horse Racing, Peel Zoo, Raven Wines, Sandy Cove, and Ferry Cruises. The area offers a lovely rural atmosphere with Pinjarra, Dwellingup and Waroona on the doorstep. This is not a timeshare resort, however it is available through daeOptions. A credit card is required at check in for a security bond. Reception closes at 5.00pm during the week. Weekend office hours 9am to 1pm. Please let us know if you will be arrriving after this time and we will make alternative arrangements for the keys.

GETTING HERE FROM PERTH:
Situated between the Darling Scarp and the sea, about 40 min drive south from Perth on the new Kwinana Freeway,
take Pinjarra Road Off Ramp and continue left onto Pinjarra Road - 2.5 km, turn right onto South Yunderup Rd - 1.7 ,
right onto Murray River Drive - 0.6 km, right onto Tatham - 0.1 km, we are on the corner of Lakes Crescent/Tatham Rd. Reception on the left.

Great place to stay

My family and I (four adults) stayed at Lakeside Holiday Apartments in June this year. South Yunderup is only a few minutes drive from Manderah and easy access to the Margaret River Region, Fremantle and Rotnest Island. The apartments are well apointed and very comfortable. It was lovely looking from our apartment to the lake with the ducks and Black Swans swimming past. There are fish in the lake as well (not for fishing - privately owned). The verandah was a delighful place to have breakfast. The location is very quiet therefore peaceful. The staff/manager was very helpful and polite. Undercover parking right outside you unit is a plus.
