Bay of Islands

We had a relaxing time here, with more amenities than we needed. The only negative aspect was that the occupants of the unit above us (two different groups during our 5-night stay) were very noisy almost constantly, with very heavy footsteps and moving of furniture. This continued on two nights as late as 1am, and started usually around 7am.

Pahia NZ rental

We found the unit very very nice for the price. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We found a bottle of good wine in the fridge as a bonus! For the money this may be the best unlit we have rented in NZ. We are not to thrilled with Pahia (too full of Cruise ship tourists but there are plenty of areas around Pahia where you can escape and enjoy peace and quiet.
